How do I access Spirit: A Health Lifestyle Program for Women benefits
Access to all benefits is included with your membership. The directory lists each participating vendor with a brief description of their discounts and services along with information which explains how to obtain your benefit.

Just follow the instructions provided. Some vendors will ask for the special discount code listed with their discount and/or to see your membership card, so be sure to have them ready when you call or visit.

How do I access the pharmaceutical benfit?
When using the pharmacy benefit, present your card to the pharmacist at the time your prescription is being filled. The Pharmacist will access your special price from your Group and ID number located on the front of your card. If you use Eckerd's pharmacy, show the pharmacist the back of your ID card.

Should the pharmacist need assistance, please ask them to call 1-888-422-1970 while you wait. A member services representative will assist your pharmacist in accessing your savings.

Who should I contact if I have a question about a Vendor?
For questions about discounts from local and national vendors, call 1-888-422-1970 between the hours of 8:30 am and 7 pm.

What happens if my address changes?
You can update your membership information by calling the Spirit Program office at 1-877-455-4437, or by submitting the change in writing to Stamford Hospital using the hospital's address.

What do I do if I have trouble accessing my benefits?
If you need assistance in accessing a discount, or have questions regarding benefits and discounts provided through the Spirit program, call the office at 1-877-455-4437.

How do I get a replacement card?
A new card can be mailed to you by calling the Spirit: A Health Lifestyle Program for Women office at 1-877-455-4437. There is no cost for card replacements.
